Ready to report a non-emergency City infrastructure problem?

Check the map below. If your problem is on the map, it has already been reported, City staff is aware of it, and there is no need to report it again. If it is not on the map use the following link (Click Here) to access the report form. Follow the instructions on the form and remember to click the submit button at the bottom of the screen. You can use either a mobile device or a desktop/laptop, however, if you wish to include pictures or use your device's GPS to include the problem location, you may find a mobile device easier to use.

Reporting a non-emergency infrastructure problem is as easy as 1-2-3. Click here, then…

  1. Tell the City staff who you are
  2. Tell the City staff what the problem is by selecting one of the following categories and including additional details about the problem
  • Stormwater
  • Street Infrastructure
  • Parks and Open Space
  • Code Enforcement
  • Other City Properties

3. Drop a point on the map showing the location of the problem, then include the closest address and pictures of the problem if you have them.

Click submit and viola! The problem has been reported. That's it! Once you have submitted the reporting form, the responsible City staff member is notified and the problem is included on the map. Thank you for participating in keeping Washington Terrace a great place! The speed with which non-emergency problems are resolved will vary based on current City capabilities, long-term plans, and other circumstantial details. Reporting these problems helps City staff be aware of needs throughout the City and prioritize work accordingly.
