Submitting a code enforcement nuisance complaint in Washington Terrace City

Our approach in Washington Terrace City is reactive to complaints. We have implemented three avenues for you to use in communicating code enforcement needs in our community. Please make sure to include all the information listed below for us to respond with the greatest speed and efficiency. We appreciate your willingness to follow our new procedures.

 

Please include the following information in each complaint:

• Detail of the violation (Washington Terrace Municipal Code and Common Violations)
• Address of the property in question
• One or more pictures of the violation
• If you are using the complaint form, and would like to be contacted back, please note that on the form and include your contact information
