Parking During Winter Months

A.No person who owns, or has possession, control or custody of any vehicle, shall park, or allow or permit another to park any such vehicle upon any public street between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. to five o'clock (5:00) A.M. between the months and days of December 1 to March 1.

B.During all times, other than those set forth in subsection A of this section, no person, who owns or has possession, custody or control of any vehicle, shall park, or allow or permit another to park any such vehicle upon any public street when the removal of snow from the streets is necessary, apparent or imminent, and seventy two (72) hours after the snowstorm event.

C.A violation of this section is a class C misdemeanor. Any person convicted hereunder for the first time shall be assessed a fine not to exceed twenty dollars ($20.00), with any other sentence the court deems appropriate.
