Development and Construction Fees

Development and Construction Fees are assessed when new development or remodeled construction takes place.  You must attend a Development Review Meeting held at Washington Terrace City Hall prior to any construction, zoning requests, ordinance new or change requests, new development or other items that may be considered part of the development plan of the City.
