Street Sweeping Beginning November 7th, 2024

2024 FALL STREET SWEEPING

 

This fall, to keep City streets clean and the storm water system functioning properly, Public Works personnel will be sweeping the streets and cleaning out catch basins throughout the city.

 

When? Crews will start November 7th and will continue through the month of November.

 

Where? Areas with heavy leaf and debris accumulation and main collector streets will both be initially prioritized.

 

How can you help? Residents can help by cleaning up and removing the leaves in front of their houses, parking vehicles in driveways (not in the street), removing basketball standards, removing garbage containers after being serviced, and removing any other household obstacles in the street and gutter.
